Mubasher: The indices of Boursa Kuwait started Sunday’s session in the green zone.
The price index gained 0.11% or 7.11 points to reach 6,817.82 points, the weighted index levelled up 0.44%, and Kuwait-15 rose 0.50%.
By 9:55am Kuwait time, the oil and gas segment topped gainers with 1.90%, on the back of Burgan for Well Drilling which went up 3.30%.
Meanwhile, the consumer goods sector led decliners with 10.3%, dragged by Dana Al Safat which lost 3.77%.
The market’s turnover amounted to KWD 16.5 million, after 153.7 million shares were traded through about 2,900 transactions.
Remal was the most active stock on which 15.2 million shares were exchanged, rising 6.94%.
KFH recorded the highest trading value of KWD 3.1 million, up 1.61%.
