Mubasher: Boursa Kuwait started Sunday’s trading session in positive territory, after the All-Share Market Index, the Premier Market Index, and the Main Market Index inched up 0.05%, 0.03% and 0.08%, respectively.
By 9:13 am Kuwait time, the Kuwaiti bourse saw trading of 3.9 million shares through 225 transactions at a turnover of KWD 994,000.
The banking sector topped the bourse’s six gainers adding 0.1%, while the telecommunications sector headed the market’s three losers falling 0.33%.
Kuwait Finance House’s (KFH) stock, which stood at 588 fils, led Boursa Kuwait in terms of liquidity with KWD 289,000, while Investors’ stock, which declined 2.34%, spearheaded the market in terms of trading volume with 1 million shares.
