Mubasher: The indices of Boursa Kuwait started Sunday’s trading session with a mixed performance; the price index added 0.03% or 2.21 points to reach 6,654.12 points.
Meanwhile, both the weighted and Kuwait-15 indices retreated by 0.06% and 0.13%, respectively.
By 9:30am Kuwait time, the telecom segment led decliners with 2.5%, dragged by Viva and Zain which lost 4.94% and 1.04%, respectively.
The financial services sector topped gainers with 0.32%, backed by Kuwait Syrian Holding which rose by 3.3%.
KAMCO was the top loser with 12%, while the United Real Estate topped winners with 9.9%.
Boursa Kuwait’s turnover amounted to KWD 1.8 million after 19.5 million shares were traded through 682 transactions.
National Industries was the most active stock on which 2.26 million shares were traded.
