Kuwait - Mubasher: Boursa Kuwait saw a bullish performance in Thursday’s early trades, with its benchmark price index adding 0.56% to 6,823.16 points.
The weighted and Kuwait-15 indices gained 0.26% and 0.02%, respectively, by 11:05 am Kuwaiti time.
Turnover amounted to KWD 3.16 million after trading 17 million shares through 490 transactions.
The consumer services sector led gainers with a 3% rise as Eyas for Higher and Technical Education added 11%.
On the other hand, the consumer goods sector fell 0.2%, while the basic materials sector declined 0.15%.
Al Deera Holding led losers with a 10.45% decline to 3.5 Kuwaiti fils.
Ithmaar Holding was the most active stock after trading 2.6 million shares, while Agility was the value leader with a turnover of AED 1.07 million.
