Kuwait – Mubasher: The price index of Boursa Kuwait retreated 0.47% or 31.17 points to reach 6,639.76 points by 10:00 am Kuwait time on Thursday.
The weighted index edged down 0.07%, while the Kuwait-15 index went up 0.05%.
The real estate segment led eight decliners with 1.77%, dragged by REAM which lost 19.35% to be the top loser.
Meanwhile, the consumer goods sector topped gainers with 0.36%, backed by Livestock which rose 3.08%.
The market’s turnover amounted to KWD 1.2 million, after 10.3 million shares were exchanged through 538 transactions.
AUB was the most active stock on which 1.9 million shares were traded at a value of about KWD 400,500.
