Mubasher: The indices of Boursa Kuwait started Wednesday’s trading session with a mixed performance.
The price index gained 0.07% or 5.11 points to reach 6,837.56 points by 10.02 am Kuwait time.
The weighted index edged down 0.1%, while the Kuwait-15 index levelled up 0.03%.
The market’s turnover amounted to KWD 2.2 million after 15 million shares were exchanged through 655 transactions.
The insurance segment topped gainers with 2%, while the technology sector led decliners with a fall of 6.8%.
First Takaful was the top winner with 19.6%, while Tahssilat led losers with a decline of 18.5%.
Al Imtiaz was the most active stock on which 2.8 million shares were exchanged.
