Kuwait – Mubasher: The price index of Boursa Kuwait on Thursday levelled up 0.27% or 18.14 points to reach 6,674.11 points by 10:55 am Kuwait time.
Similarly, both the weighted and Kuwait-15 indices edged up 0.08% and 0.44%, respectively.
The market’s liquidity stood at KWD 9.06 million, after 91.54 million shares were exchanged through about 2,600 transactions.
The financial services sector went up 0.77%, on the back of Amwal which gained 7.46%.
Meanwhile, the consumer goods segment led three decliners with 0.47%, dragged by Danah which fell by 3.61% to 80 fils; the lowest level in a year.
Remal was the top winner with a gain of 8.33%, while Automated Systems led losers with a drop of 8.93%.
Abyaar was the most active stock on which 7.6 million shares were traded, rising 2.04%.
KFH recorded the highest turnover of KWD 1.92 million, reaching 485 fils.
