Mubasher: Boursa Kuwait closed the week ended 26 July on a mixed note, marking the second week in a row of such performance.
The premier market index grew 0.29% or 15.2 points during the week to close at 5,210.85 points, while the all-share market index gained 0.48% or 25.6 points to 5,226.03 points.
The main market index edged down 0.08% or 3.8 points and ended at 4,949.13 points.
Weekly traded volume dropped 27.1% to 458.37 million shares traded against 628.32 million shares, while turnover saw a similar drop to KWD 105.71 million versus KWD 144.7 million in the previous week.
The number of transactions was also down 22.2% to 21,630 from 27,810 deals.
