Kuwait – Mubasher: The price index of Boursa Kuwait started Sunday’s trading session 0.03% or 2.06 points higher at 6,807.37 points.
Meanwhile, both the weighted and Kuwait-15 indices edged down 0.03% and 0.01%, respectively.
By 9:50 am Kuwait time, the market’s turnover amounted to KWD 2.72 million after 17.8 million shares were traded through 513 transactions.
The oil and gas segment topped gainers with 0.55%, backed by PetroGulf which levelled up by 0.24%.
The consumer services sector led decliners with 0.41%, dragged by Jazeera Airways which lost 4%.
Al Imtiaz was the most active stock on which 4.29 million shares were traded.
