Mubasher: The indices of Boursa Kuwait opened Wednesday’s trading session with a massive rise, after the All Share Market Index rose 0.2%, while the Main and Premier Markets went up 0.09% and 0.26%, respectively.
By 09:10 am Kuwait time, the bourse’s turnover amounted to KWD 4 million after 22.5 million shares were exchanged through 735 transactions.
The real estate sector topped Boursa Kuwait’s gainers adding 0.4%, while the basic materials segment headed the losers falling 0.2%.
Gulf Bank of Kuwait’s stock, which grew 2.8%, led the market in terms of trading volume with 5.3 million shares, generating KWD 1.32 million in liquidity.
