Mubasher: Boursa Kuwait on Tuesday has approved Inovest’s request to execute two private transactions for an overall value of KWD 1.31 million ($4.3 million).
The first private transaction had a volume of 5.3 million shares at a total value of KWD 662,500 or KWD 0.125 per share, according to a bourse filing issued on Tuesday.
Meanwhile, the second private deal was valued at KWD 625,000 after 5 million shares were exchanged for KWD 0.125 each.
It is noteworthy that private transactions do not affect the price of the last transaction on the stock, the high-and-low share price, the opening and closing prices, the benchmark index, nor the sector indices.
