Mubasher: Boursa Kuwait has issued its approval to execute a private transaction on Egypt Kuwait Holding (EKH), according to a bourse filing on Sunday.
The private transaction includes 5.9 million shares and is valued at KWD 0.270 each or a total of KWD 1.59 million ($6.5 million).
It is noteworthy that EKH is listed on both Boursa Kuwait and the Egyptian Stock Exchange (EGX).
