Mubasher: Boursa Kuwait on Monday approved Egypt Kuwait Holding’s request to execute a private transaction with a total volume of 18.73 million shares.
The transaction is worth a total of KWD 3.3 million or KWD 0.176 per share, according to a bourse statement issued on Monday.
