Mubasher: Boursa Kuwait has approved Inovest’s request to execute 15 private transactions for KWD 0.150 per share.
The deals include a total of 61.035 million shares at a value exceeding KWD 9 million, according to a bourse filing issued on Sunday.
The largest transaction included 13.9 million shares at a value of KWD 2.085 million, while the smallest deal included 1.45 million shares at a value of around KWD 217,500.
