Mubasher: Boursa Kuwait has approved a private transaction on 23.13 million of Kuwait Financial Centre’s (Markaz) shares, according to a bourse filing on Thursday.
The total value of these shares is KWD 2.78 million or 120 fils per share.
It is noteworthy that Markaz has a capital of KWD 48.08 million distributed on 480.8 million shares at a par value of 100 fils each.
