Mubasher: Boursa Kuwait has approved executing a private transaction on the Kuwait Portland Cement’s shares for KWD 1.4 million.
A number of 1.46 million shares were traded at a value of 970 fils per share, according to a bourse filing.
It is noteworthy that the company registered a decline of 11.8% in profits to KWD 5.07 million in the first half of 2017 compared to KWD 5.75 million in the same period a year ago.
