Mubasher: The indices of Boursa Kuwait started Monday’s trading session in the green zone, as the price index went up 0.11% or 7.27 points to reach 6,730.84 points.
The weighted index gained 0.19%, and the Kuwait-15 index edged up 0.10%.
By 10:00 am Kuwait time, the market’s turnover amounted to KWD 4.3 million, after 29.7 million shares were exchanged through 973 transactions.
Al Imtiaz was the most active stock on which 8.5 million shares were exchanged at a value of KWD 1.4 million, up 0.60%.
The consumer goods segment topped five gainers with 1.18%, backed by Eyas which levelled up 4.47%.
Meanwhile, the industrial sector led five decliners with 0.14%, dragged by HEISCO which lost 7.41%.
