Mubasher: The indices of Boursa Kuwait started Monday’s trading session with a growth; the benchmark price index went up 0.34% or 22.2 points to 6,527.17 points.
By 9:33am Kuwait time, both the weighted and Kuwait-15 indices added 0.15% and 0.08%, respectively.
The industrial segment topped gainers with 0.68%, backed by Human Soft which rose by 2.4%.
The real estate sector levelled up 0.19% in line with the 3.9% growth of Investors.
Meanwhile, insurance companies led decliners with 0.82%.
Marakez was the top winner with 9.66%, while Al Mudon led losers with 6.76%.
Boursa Kuwait’s turnover amounted to KWD 4.51 million after 32.63 million shares were traded through 841 transactions.
Kuwait Finance House (KFH) recorded the highest liquidity of KWD 1.47 million.
Al Imtiaz was the most active stock on which 8.71 million shares were exchanged.
