Mubasher: The indices of Boursa Kuwait started Monday’s trading session with a mixed performance after the All-Share and Main markets rose 0.01%and 0.09%, respectively, while the Premier Market index inched down 0.03%.
By 9:18 am Kuwait time, the consumer goods sector led gainers with 3.02%, while the telecommunications sector was the worst performer with 0.46%.
Independent Petroleum Group’s (IPG) stock topped gainers after jumping 8.21%, while the stock of Sanam Real Estate led losers after slumping 9.09%.
The bourse’s trading volume reached 16.4 million shares exchanged through 700 transactions at a turnover of KWD 3.62 million.
Ahli United Bank-Bahrain's (AUB - Bahrain) stock, which remained unchanged at 251 fils, led the market in terms of volume and value after 2.7 million shares were exchanged, with a turnover of KWD 675,000.
