Mubasher: The indices of Boursa Kuwait started Sunday’s session in the green zone; the price index gained 0.28% or 19.70 points to reach 7,049.13 points, the weighted index gained 0.27%, and Kuwait-15 rose by 0.98%.
By 9:55am Kuwait time, liquidity amounted to KWD 9.7 million, after 104.88 million shares were exchanged through 2,100 transactions.
The financial services segment topped six gainers with 1.04%, on the back of Al Madina which rose 5.8%.
Meanwhile, the telecom sector led decliners with 2.35%, dragged by Ooredoo which lost 5.1%.
Manazel was the most active stock on which 12.4 million shares were traded.
Al Imtiaz recorded the highest trading value of KWD 1.2 million, rising 1.11%.
