Mubasher: The indices of Boursa Kuwait started Sunday with negative performance after the All-Share, Main, and Premier markets inched down 0.55%, 0.16%, and 0.75%, respectively.
By 11:02 am Kuwait time, the banking sector led the losers with 0.77%, while the real estate sector topped the gainers with 0.17%, and the oil and gas sector rose 0.04%.
Equipment Holding was the worst performer with 14.45%, whereas Real Estate Trade Centers (Marakez) was the best performer with 8.58%.
Boursa Kuwait’s traded volume reached 15.2 million shares exchanged through 755 transactions with a turnover of KWD 4.2 million.
Kuwait Finance House (KFH), which went down 0.76%, led the bourse in terms of volume and value after 2.27 million shares were exchanged, generating liquidity of KWD 1.49 million.
