Mubasher: The indices of Boursa Kuwait started Sunday’s trading session in green territory, backed by the rise of eight sectors.
By 9:15 am Kuwait time, the Premier, Main, and All-Share markets edged up by 0.26%, 0.37%, and 0.29%, respectively.
Meanwhile, boursa Kuwait’s turnover amounted to KWD 3.12 million after the trading volume stood at 14.54 million shares traded through 505 transactions.
Eight sectors rose topped by the banks sector with a 0.33% growth, while the real estate sector was the sole decliner with 0.14%.
First Takaful Insurance’s (FTI) stock led the bourse’s gainers with 10%, while by the Energy House Holding headed decliners with 6.49%.
Gulf Bank of Kuwait, up 0.37%, led the bourse in terms of trading volume with 3.57 million shares, generating KWD 974,980 in liquidity.
