Mubasher: Boursa Kuwait opened Sunday’s trading session on a positive note, backed by of the rising banking stocks.
By 9:28 am Kuwait time, the Premier Market index added 0.44%, while the Main and All-Share Market indices levelled up 0.39% and 0.25%, respectively.
Boursa Kuwait’s liquidity stood at KWD 11.44 million early Sunday after seeing a trading volume of 118.53 million shares exchanged through 1,960 transactions.
The banks sector led gainers with an increase of 0.61%, while the oil and gas sector shed 0.31%.
Arzan’s stock, down 24.14%, was the most heavily traded stock early Sunday with 97.97 million shares exchanged through a turnover of KWD 2.73.
