Mubasher: The indices of Boursa Kuwait started Sunday’s trading session with a massive decline, as the All-Share, Main, and Premier markets retreated by 0.58%, 0.3%, and 0.73%, respectively.
The decrease of the stock exchange was in line with listing the shares of Integrated Holding Co. This is considered the first listing on Boursa Kuwait in the past three years.
By 9:27 am Kuwait time, the telecom companies led the decliners with 1.15%, while the oil and gas segment topped the gainers with 0.5%.
Al Enmaa Real Estate was the top loser with a fall of 5.16%, while Burgan Drilling headed the winners with 6.2%.
Boursa Kuwait’s turnover amounted to KWD 13.3 million after 31.1 million shares were exchanged through 1,325 transactions.
Integrated Holding was the most active stock on which 10.26 million shares were exchanged through 438 transactions at a total value of KWD 9.22 million.
