Mubasher: Boursa Kuwait opened Sunday’s trading session on a mixed note as the Premier Market Index slipped by 0.04%, while the All-Share and the Main Markets inched up 0.01% and 0.15%, respectively.
By 9:20 am Kuwait time, the financial services sector led the gainers, rising 0.38%, while the telecommunication sector headed the decliners, falling 0.46%.
The Securities House’ stock, jumped by 10%, topped the winners, while Amwal Invest’s stock led the losers after dropping by 10% to 45 fils.
The exchange’s turnover amounted to KWD 1.73 million after 8.5 million shares traded through 385 transactions.
Gulf Bank of Kuwait (GBK), up 0.36%, was the most heavily traded stock with a turnover of KWD 744,130 exchanged over 2.56 million shares.
