Mubasher: The indices of Boursa Kuwait started Thursday’s trading session with a massive decline, as the All-Share, Premier, and Main markets retreated 0.1%, 0.13%, and 0.05%, respectively.
By 9:40 am Kuwait time, the banking segment led the decliners with 0.25%, while the telecom sector topped the gainers with 0.5%.
Al Masaken International Real Estate was the top loser with a fall of 9.9%, while Marakez headed the winners with a rise of 8.7%.
Boursa Kuwait’s turnover amounted to KWD 3.5 million after 12.5 million shares were exchanged through 600 transactions.
Zain was the most active stock on which 1.86 million shares were traded at a value of nearly KWD 816,610. The stock went up 0.5% at 439 fils.
