Kuwait – Mubasher: The main index of Boursa Kuwait gained 0.36% or 24.53 points to reach 6,827.73 points on Tuesday.
Both the weighted and Kuwait-15 indices levelled up 0.10% and 0.11%, respectively.
By 11:00 am Kuwait time, the market’s turnover amounted to about KWD 961,180 after 4.02 million shares were exchanged through 196 transactions.
The real estate segment topped five gainers with 1.54%, backed by REAM which jumped 20% to be the top winner.
Meanwhile, the banks and telecom sectors were the only decliners with 0.26% and 0.10%, respectively.
KFH was the most active stock on which about 896,100 shares were traded, reaching 480 fils.
