Mubasher: The indices of Boursa Kuwait started Tuesday’s trading session with a massive rise, as the All-Share, Main, and Premier markets went up 0.41%, 0.22%, and 0.48%, respectively.
By 9:22 am Kuwait time, the telecom sector topped the gainers with 0.59%, followed by the banking and real estate segments with 0.55% and 0.02%, respectively.
Kuwait and Middle East Financial Investment (KMEFIC) headed the winners with a rise of 9.09%, followed by Kuwait Finance and Investment (KFIC) with 8.2%, while KAMCO Investment led the losers with a drop of 4.8%.
Boursa Kuwait’s turnover amounted to KWD 4.5 million after 15.5 million shares were exchanged through 560 transactions.
Kuwait Finance House (KFH) was the most active stock on which 3.35 million shares were traded at a value of KWD 1.8 million, the stock went up 1.13%.
