Mubasher: The Premier Market index added 0.47% at the opening of Boursa Kuwait on Wednesday.
Similarly, both the All-Share Marker and the Main Market added 0.47% and 0.28%, respectively.
By 9:45 am Kuwait time, the turnover amounted to KWD 9.13 million after 51.50 million shares were exchanged through 1,380 transactions.
The oil and gas segment topped eight gainers with 0.47%, while the consumer goods sector was the only decliner with 0.01%.
Gulf Cement Co was the top winner with 10%, while National Cleaning led the losers with 7.76%.
Al Salam Holding was the most active stock on which 19.05 million shares were exchanged, the stock went up 1.30%.
KFH posted the highest liquidity of KWD 2.52 million, the stock added 0.44%.
