Mubasher: The benchmark price index of Boursa Kuwait on Wednesday went down 0.1% or 6.6 points to reach 6,658.26 points.
By: 10:07am Kuwait time, both the weighted and Kuwait-15 indices declined by 0.19% and 0.11%, respectively.
The price index is currently witnessing a negative performance of 6,700 points, which is considered a main target that will lead to 6,720 points as a second target, while the index’s support level lies at 6,655 and 6,640 points, respectively.
The banks segment led decliners with a fall of 0.33%, dragged by AUB Kuwait which lost 1.41%.
Meanwhile, the technology sector topped gainers with a rise of 5%, backed by Automated Systems which jumped 19.72% to be the top winner.
Boursa Kuwait’s turnover amounted to KWD 6.9 million after 48.4 million shares were exchanged through 1,495 transactions.
Kuwait Finance House (KFH) recorded the highest turnover of KWD 1.15 million, falling 0.32%.
