Kuwait – Mubasher: The Boursa Kuwait’s indices rose collectively in Tuesday’s early trading, backed by an increase in six sectors.
By 10 am Cairo time, the price index grew 0.01% or 0.74 point to the level of 6,920.36 points, as the weighted and Kuwait-15 indices also rose 0.23% and 0.19%, respectively.
Turnover reached KWD 10.5 million as 104.6 million shares were exchanged through 1,700 transactions.
The consumer goods sector advanced 0.77% due to an increase of 3.88% in Livestock Transport and Trading and 1.11% in Danah Al Safat Foodstuff.
The financial services sector rose 0.33% as GFH topped gainers after adding 5.6%.
On the flipside, the real estate sector dropped 0.39%, dragged by a fall of 8.33% in Real Estate Asset Management.
Al Imtiaz Group was the most active stock with a trading volume of 17.1 million shares exchanged at KWD 3.1 million.
