Kuwait – Mubasher: The price index of the Boursa Kuwait declined at Thursday’s open by 1.38% or 96.99 points to the level of 6,911.12 points.
Also, the weighted and Kuwait-15 indices shrank 0.81% and 0.42%, respectively.
By 09:40am Kuwait time, the industrial sector dropped 2.17% as Equipment Holding fell 6.90.
The financial services sector retreated 1.51% due to a decrease of 4.82% in Amwal International; the banks sector declined 1.47% due to a 4.4% fall in Ahli United Bank.
Trading volume reached 63.3 million shares exchanged at KWD 6.02 million through 1,600 transactions.
Al Arabiya Real Estate witnessed the biggest trading volume activity with 6.6 million shares, while Kuwait Finance House made the highest turnover of KWD 580,200.
