Kuwait – Mubasher: The Boursa Kuwait opened Sunday’s session on a mixed note as the benchmark price index grew 0.32% or 20.8 points to the level of 6,603.54 points.
The weighted index rose 0.11%, while the Kuwait-15 index fell 0.1%.
By 10:10am Kuwait time, trading volume reached 157.44 million shares exchanged at KWD 17.9 million through 3,355 transactions.
The real estate sector rose 1.1%, backed by an increase of 6.76% in Aayan Real Estate and 6.45% in Kuwait Remal Real Estate.
Meanwhile, the industrial sector fell 0.22% due to a 7.1% decline in Agility, the worst performer.
Abyaar Real Estate Development made the biggest trading volume activity with 19.3 million shares, while Agility made the highest turnover of KWD 3.76 million.
