Mubasher: The indices of Boursa Kuwait started Thursday’s trading session in green territory, as the All-Share, Main, and Premier markets inched up 0.12%, 0.11%, and 0.13%, respectively.
By 9:20 am Kuwait time, the consumer services sector led the gainers with 0.47%, while the industrials sector topped the fallers with 0.9%.
Kuwait Syrian Holding’s stock topped the risers with 20.37%, while United Projects Company for Aviation Services’ (UPAC) stock was the worst performer with 4.29%.
Boursa Kuwait’s trading volume hit 13.9 million shares exchanged through 545 transactions at a turnover of KWD 2.2 million.
The Gulf Bank of Kuwait’s (GBK) stock, which remained stable at 306 fils, generated the highest liquidity with KWD 600,000, while Kuwait Real Estate’s stock, which upped 0.97%, led the market in terms of trading volume with 4.2 million shares.
