Mubasher: The indices of Boursa Kuwait closed Tuesday’s trading session with a massive rise, as the All-Share, Premier, and Main markets added 0.17%, 0.09%, and 0.34%, respectively.
The oil and gas segment topped eight gainers with 1.15%, while the consumer goods and consumer services sectors were the only decliners with 1.6% and 1.34%, respectively.
Warba Insurance headed the winners with 9%, while National Industries led the losers with 10%.
Boursa Kuwait’s turnover increased by 28.3% to KWD 24.95 million on Tuesday from KWD 19.45 million in the previous session after the trading volume grew by 71.7% to 88.31 million shares from 100.3 million.
Kuwait Finance House (KFH) was the most active stock on which 9.13 million shares were traded at a value of KWD 5.58 million, the stock went down 0.5% to 610 fils.
