Mubasher: The indices of Boursa Kuwait closed Monday’s trading session higher, as the All-Share, Premier, and Main markets added 0.22%, 0.07%, and 0.52%, respectively.
The oil and gas segment topped six gainers with 0.9%, while the basic materials sector led four decliners with 0.54%.
IFA headed the winners with 10.73%, while Alrai Media led the losers with 7.5%.
Boursa Kuwait’s turnover increased by 32.4% to KWD 13.87 million on Monday compared to KWD 10.48 million in the previous session, after the trading volume grew by 44.1% to 140.36 million from KWD 97.41 million.
The Gulf Bank of Kuwait (GBK) posted the highest liquidity of KWD 7.1 million, the stock added 1.6%.
Aayan Leasing was the most active stock on which 21.06 million shares were exchanged, the stock went down 2.37%.
