Mubasher: The indices of the All-Share, Main, and Premier markets closed Sunday’s trading session with a decline of 0.11%, 0.02%, and 0.16%, respectively.
Telecom companies led six decliners with 1.65%, followed by the real estate segment which retreated 1%.
Meanwhile, the technology sector added 2.9%, followed by the industrial segment which retreated 0.92%.
Mubarrad was the top loser with a decline of 11.34%, while KGL headed the winners with a gain of 19%.
Boursa Kuwait’s turnover increased by 6.2% to KWD 9.65 million on Sunday from KWD 9.09 million in the previous session after the trading volume grew by 41.4% to 84.19 million shares from 59.53 million.
Kuwait Finance House (KFH) posted the highest trading value of KWD 2.1 million after 4 million shares were exchanged. The stock rose by 0.76% or 4 fils to 527 fils.
Aayan Leasing was the most active stock on which 9.04 million shares were exchanged at a value of around KWD 290,420. The stock closed at 32 fils.
