Mubasher: The indices of All-Share Market and the Main Market closed Sunday’s session 0.18% and 0.6% lower, respectively, while the Premier Market index added 0.07%.
Telecom companies led six decliners with 1.7%, in line with the decline of Ooredoo and Zain with 4.37% and 1%, respectively.
Meanwhile, the industrial segment topped five gainers with 0.25%, backed by HEISCO which rose by 5.3%.
Umm Al Qaiwain General Investment was the top loser with 9.7%, while Yiaco Medical headed the winners with 10%.
Boursa Kuwait’s trading value shrank by 36% to KWD 7.64 million on Sunday compared to KWD 11.94 million in the previous session after the trading volume declined by 44.8% to 43.93 million shares from 79.54 million.
The National Bank of Kuwait (NBK) posted the highest turnover of about KWD 933,000. The stock levelled up 0.55%.
Manazel was the most active stock on which 6.54 million shares were exchanged. The stock went up 0.27%.
