Mubasher: The indices of Boursa Kuwait closed Sunday’s trading session with a mixed performance, as the All-Share and Main markets retreated by 0.03% and 0.27%, respectively, while the Premier Market index edged up 0.11%.
The basic materials segment led three decliners with 1.6%, while the oil and gas sector topped nine gainers with 1.04%.
Future Kid led the losers with 10%, while Al Madar topped the winners with 31%.
Boursa Kuwait’s turnover shrank by 46% to KWD 3.85 million on Sunday compared to KWD 7.13 million in the previous session after the trading volume declined by 38% to 17.45 million shares from 28.13 million.
Mezzan posted the highest trading value of about KWD 838,700. The stock went up 1.13%.
GFH was the most active stock on which 1.29 million shares were traded, the stock added 0.95%.
