Mubasher: The indices of Boursa Kuwait ended Thursday trading session in the red, as the All-Share, Main markets and the Premier Market index fell 0.45%, 0.45, and 0.2%, respectively.
The banking sector topped the bourse’s six decliners falling 0.64%. Meanwhile, the technology sector headed the market’s five gainers adding 4.5%.
Boursa Kuwait’s liquidity increased by 3.8% to KWD 7.13 million on Thursday from KWD 6.87 million in the previous session after the trading volume shrank by 29.3% to 28.13 million shares from 39.8 million.
National Bank of Kuwait’s stock (NBK), which dropped 0.14%, led the bourse in terms of liquidity with KWD 1.25 million, while Ahli United Bank’s stock, which retreated 1.71%, headed the market in terms of trading volume with 3.37 million shares.
