Mubasher: The indices of Boursa Kuwait closed Thursday’s trading session with a mixed performance, as the Main Market edged up 0.02%, while both the All-Share and Premier markets retreated by 0.12% and 0.19%, respectively.
The oil and gas segment topped four gainers with 1.31%, while the insurance sector led six decliners with 1.4%.
Sanam was the top winner with a gain of 20.7%, while UPAC led the losers with 9.08%.
Boursa Kuwait’s turnover shrank by 18.8% to KWD 20.53 million on Thursday compared to KWD 25.28 million in the prior session after the trading volume increased by 0.6% to 177.39 million shares from 176.28 million.
Agility posted the highest trading value of KWD 2.6 million, the stock went down 1.44%.
Aayan Leasing was the most active stock on which 58.1 million shares were traded, the stock added 9.7%.
