Mubasher: The All-Share and Premier markets of Boursa Kuwait closed Wednesday’s session 0.08% and 0.18% higher, respectively, while the Main Market retreated 0.11%.
The consumer goods segment topped eight gainers with 0.53%, while both the consumer services and basic materials sectors led the decliners with 0.96% and 0.05%, respectively.
Sanam headed the winners with 9.84%, while KFIC was the top loser with a decline of 10.53%.
Boursa Kuwait’s turnover increased by 22.1% to KWD 15.72 million on Wednesday from KWD 12.88 million in the previous session after the trading volume grew by 15% to 79.74 million shares from 69.35 million.
AUB Bahrain was the most active stock on which 12.23 million shares were traded at a value of KWD 2.53 million, the stock went up 0.5%.
