Mubasher: The All-Share index of Boursa Kuwait went down 0.38% or 19.4 points to reach 5,082.42 points by the week ended on 21 November compared to 5,101.77 points in the past week.
The Premier Market went down 0.58% or 30.8 points to 5,266.27 points from 5,297.04 points.
Meanwhile, the Main Market index gained 0.04% or 1.8 points to 4,748.96 points this week compared to 5,297.04 points a week ago.
During this four-session week due to the Prophet’s birthday holiday on Thursday, 22 November, Boursa Kuwait’s liquidity increased by 47% to KWD 62.16 million from KWD 42.28 million in the prior week.
Trading volume grew by 38.6% to 459.32 million shares from 331.44 million after the number of transactions enlarged by 30.8% to about 17,460 from nearly 13,350.
Market cap declined by 0.07% or KWD 20 million to KWD 28.9 billion this week from KWD 28.92 billion.
