Mubasher: The indices of Boursa Kuwait started Thursday’s trading session in a mixed performance, as the All-Share and Main markets added 0.01% and 0.13%, respectively, while the Premier Market retreated 0.29%.
By 9:40 am Kuwait time, the basic materials segment led the gainers with 0.36%, while the real estate sector was the top decliner with 0.29%.
Hilal Cement advanced the winners with a rise of 9.89%, while Ream Real Estate Co. led the losers with 5%.
Boursa Kuwait’s turnover amounted to KWD 4.2 million after 28.82 million shares were exchanged through 1,343 transactions.
The National Bank of Kuwait (NBK) posted the highest trading value of KWD 1.32 million, the stock went down 0.1%.
Aayan Leasing and Investment, up 1.11%, was the most active stock on which 4.5 million shares were exchanged.
