Mubasher: The All-Share Market index of Boursa Kuwait added 0.58% or 28 points to reach 4,828.63 points by the week ended on 10 May compared to 4,800.65 in the previous week.
The Premier Market index rose by 0.11% or 5.4 points to 4,797.28 points from 4,791.84 points, and the Main Market index went up 1.43% or 68.7 points to 4,884.25 points from 4,815.54 points.
Boursa Kuwait’s turnover decreased by 20.1% to KWD 46.71 million this week from KWD 58.49 million in the prior week.
The trading volume shrank by 9.9% to 306.32 million shares from 339.8 million, as the number of transactions declined by 11.8% to about 14,930 this week from nearly 16,930 in the past week.
