Kuwait – Mubasher: The indices of Boursa Kuwait started Monday’s trading session with mixed performance by 9:20am Kuwait time.
The price index levelled up by 0.39% to 6,969.18 points, while both the weighted and Kuwait-15 indices retreated by 0.02% and 0.28% respectively.
Turnover amounted to KWD 16.422 million, after 113.02 million shares were exchanged through nearly 2,220 transactions.
The banks segment topped six gainers with 0.40% on the back of AUB Kuwait which rose by 2.27%.
Meanwhile, the real estate segment led four decliners with 0.44%, dragged by United Real Estate which lost 5.36%.
Ithmaar Holding was the most active stock on which 20.44 million shares were traded, the stock reached 78 fils.
Zain recorded the highest trading value that totaled KWD 510 fils.
