Mubasher: The performance of Boursa Kuwait was positive during the week ended on 5 July in line with an increase in the market cap.
Boursa Kuwait’s market cap grew by 4% to KWD 28 billion ($92.67 billion) this week compared to KWD 26.94 billion, a week-on-week incline exceeding KWD 1 billion.
Meanwhile, the stock exchange’s market cap registered a gain of KWD 27.42 billion since the end of 2017 when it registered KWD 27.24 billion.
The market cap registered on Thursday, 5 July, is considered the highest since the market segmentation in the end of April 2018, as it totaled KWD 27.42 billion in the end of March.
