Mubasher: The indices of Boursa Kuwait opened Monday’s trading session with a massive growth after the All-Share, Main and Premier markets inched up 0.03%, 0.02%, and 0.04%, respectively.
By 9:30 am Kuwait time, the consumer goods sector led risers with 1.54%, while the consumer services sector was the worst performer with 0.61%.
Remal Real Estate’s stock topped gainers with 11.11%, while Tijara and Real Estate Investment’s (Tijara) led losers with 8.63%.
The bourse saw trading of 15 million shares exchanged through 630 transactions at a turnover of KWD 1.7 million.
The Gulf Bank of Kuwait’s (GBK) stock, down 0.76%, generated the highest liquidity with KWD 176,110, while Al Enmaa Real Estate’s stock, which added 4.8%, topped in terms of trading volume after 3.4 million shares were exchanged.
