Mubasher: The indices of Boursa Kuwait opened Monday’s trading session in the green after the All-Share Market index rose 0.22%, followed by the Premier and Main markets with 0.2% and 0.26%, respectively.
By 9:17 am Kuwait time, the banking sector led gainers with 0.38%, while the insurance sector was the worst performer with 1.37%.
National Investments’ stock was the best performer after rising 6.9%, while the stock of the Energy Houses Holding was the worst performer with 6.05%.
The Kuwaiti bourse’s trading volume reached 26 million shares exchanged through 900 transactions at a turnover of KWD 6 million.
National Industries Group Holding’s stock, which inched up 0.91%, topped the market in terms of volume and value after 5.66 million shares were exchanged a turnover of KWD 1.26 million.
