Kuwait – Mubasher: The indices of Boursa Kuwait started Sunday’s trading session with grouped rise.
The price index gained 0.21% or 13.94 points to reach 5,843.76 points by 9:46am Kuwait time; both the weighted and Kuwait-15 indices rose by 0.37% and 0.54% respectively.
Boursa Kuwait’s trading volume reached 93.6 million shares that were exchanged through 1,544 transactions at a value of KWD 8.79 million.
The telecom segment topped seven gainers with a growth of 0.53%, backed by Viva which rose by 1.12%.
Meanwhile, the consumer services segment was the only decliner with a fall of 0.08%, dragged by Muntazahat which lost 2.5%.
